For companies wishing not to use a credit card to purchase their membership please refer to the following:

1. You must have a registered account in our careers section.
2. Please indicate to us which membership plan you wish to purchase.
3. Please send us your complete company details including the following:
   •  Registered Company Name
   • Address
   • Email address you used to register your careers membership
4. Once we receive the requested information our staff will create a contract for your company to sign.
5. When we receive the signed contract our accounts department will generate an invoice.
6. Once payment for the membership has been confirmed we will then activate your membership.

 Please note for companies located in Hong Kong payment in advance is not required.

多谢贵 公司浏览本网站之求职版，以及对选购会员用户计划之兴趣。 

如贵  公司不欲以信用卡 (Credit Card) 于网上形式付款的话；请根据以下指示，向我们提供以下资料，以作登记「离线付款」之用：

1. 贵 公司必须为本网站之登记用户。若并未成为登记用户的话，请先行登入本网站 (http://www.asiaxpat.com/careers) 并进入“CAREER” 部分，根据指示，登记成为用户。

2. 当登记完成后，请以电邮形式把以下资料传送致本公司：
   • 公司注册名称 (中、英文 [如有的话] 名称)

   • 公司通讯地址 (中、英文地址)

   • 于本网站「登记用户」内使用之电邮地址 

   • 欲选购之会员用户计划 (Membership Plan) (请详细列明所选购之计划及所需之时期)

3. 当收到贵 公司之电邮申请后，我们将会草拟一份书面合约，并以电邮或传真方式传送至贵 公司。煩请贵 公司负责人签署、盖章回覆作实。

4. 当收到贵 公司所签署并盖章之合约后，我们会把发票电邮或传真至贵 公司作付款之用。

5. 当确认收妥付款后，我们将会为贵 公司启动其会员用户。

请注意：若贵 公司为香港注册公司，则无须以预缴形式付款
